MARK S. GERTEL
Mark S. Gertel has been a practicing attorney in New Jersey since 1974 and
specializes in severe personal injury matters involving motor vehicle accidents,
wrongful death cases, construction accidents, product liability claims,
drownings, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites. Mr. Gertel
is a graduate of Rutgers College, New Brunswick, NJ, Class of 1971. He
received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden in 1974.
Mr. Gertel has continuously maintained offices in Camden County since having
been admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1974. He is also admitted to
practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the
United States Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Based upon his skillful representation of clients, Mark S. Gertel has been
inducted into the "Million Dollar Advocate Forum" whose membership is
limited to trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience,
and excellence in advocacy by achieving a trial verdict, award, or settlement in
the amount of One Million Dollars or more.
Involvement in various legal organizations includes membership in the Camden
County Bar Association, where Mr. Gertel is a member of the Personal Injury
Committee, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America (ATLA), and ATLA-NJ.
STEVEN E. FELD
A 1974 graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, Steven E. Feld
double majored in History and Spanish. He was awarded a Bachelor of Arts
degree magna cum laude. Following college, Mr. Feld enrolled at the
Rutgers University School of Law - Camden from which he graduated in 1977.
While attending law school, he was a two- time winner of the environmental law
essay contest.
In 1977, Steven E. Feld was admitted to practice law in the State of New
Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New
Jersey. After completing a one- year judicial clerkship with the Gloucester
County Court, he entered the private practice of law in which he has been
engaged to the present. Mr. Feld's practice areas include civil
litigation, particularly personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance
disputes.
An active member of his community, he has served as the president and trustee
of the Haddon Heights Soccer Club, director of the Camden STARR Program and
continues as a member of the St. Rose of Lima School Board. Mr. Feld has
been appointed Planning Board Solicitor, Municipal Prosecutor and Municipal
Court Judge by the Borough of Haddon Heights, and he currently acts as the
Municipal Court Judge for the Borough of Pine Hill. Steven E. Feld is a
member of the Camden County and New Jersey State Bar Associations as well as the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America - NJ.
